So far on my shed my group has completed the floor, all four walls, and it has been tyveked. We are currently starting our hip roof and laying out and cutting rafters. We still have to sheath and shingle the roof, as well as put our wood siding on. We also have to build and hang our doors. Cutting the hip rafters will probably be the most difficult part, in addition to putting on the wood siding.
This is my progress report for our teams 8'x10' shed.
To date we have the runners applied to the base of the shed for placement, the joist (floor) is sheathed (sheet material covering the floor), and we have three of the walls finished and standing.
We have the door wall to instal next, followed by the water barrier (tyvek), rafters and roofing will follow this by the siding and finally the door.
I am expecting further difficulties with the lack of 2x4x10' material that we will need the coming week.
To date, we have finished approximately a third of the shed. We expect to finish the rest in the next 2-3 weeks as that is the remaining time allotment, provided sufficient material is provided for the task.

To date, we have a completed floor system and one erect wall. The floor system is square and level, and completed with 3/4" OSB sheathing. Sleepers have been added to the underside of the floor system, making it mobile. The back wall has been completed and is erect. It has been temporarily braced until further walls have been put in place.
We still have to frame and erect our final 3 walls and to wrap the building with tyvek house wrap before we can move on to rafters and roofing.
One of my team members was injured a few weeks ago and is limited to what he is able to do and provide to the team. Building with only 2 members means not as much work will be done as if we were at full strength.
We are further behind all other groups and I anticipate things will remain this way through the completion of the shed.
