  1. Having the solution to your own problem is always a great way to prove that you know what you are actually doing in the workplace

  2. When I started my job my boss said "if your all done your work feel free to take off". He did not mean get everything done in 5 mins and leave for the day, what he meant was if you are all done your work and there is 15 mins left in the day feel free to take off but do not make it a habit. Don't take advantage and do it every day to break that trust.

  4. Well I'd like to think that my generally high quality of work and contribution to the class count as deposits in my benefit of the doubt account. That and my superior posterior.

  5. Ensuring an assumed routine at work is an excellent practice. I would agree employers will give you the benefit of the doubt and not come down on if you're regularly punctual and happen to be late once or twice. Being an independent employee proves your worthiness to the employer and your knowledge base to your supervisor

  6. Being a dependable student and employee will add to your benefit of the doubt account. For example if one were to hand in something past the deadline or before it's ready could be given the benefit of the doubt, based on their previous work

  7. A way to build you benefit of the doubt account at school and at work is by showing up on time every day and making sure you get all your work done in time.

  9. When given the benefit of the doubt, either at school or with your employer at work. The benefit of the doubt is usually previously earned.

  10. If an employee shows up for work evey day and solves any or most problems that are thrown his/her way with punctuation and accuracy, and can work well with others. There is usually a general perception by their supervisor/managing body, that they don't need much direction or help. So when the employee does make a mistake or is caught in some sort of office scandal. They have lots of reason to give that employee the privilege of forgoing suspicion until they find reason otherwise. It is simply a level of trust in character that can only be earned.
